Happy Birthday, Jackson!

 

Our sweet Jackson certainly has come a long way in the last year. I remember celebrating his 6th birthday last year. His little head was bald from the chemo and there wasn't much meat on his bones. Through it all his positivity has been admirable. This year looked so much different and we just truly enjoyed the day together. 

Uncle Matt fried up plenty of fish for dinner, some of it from our Wisconsin vacation. He brought a delicious custard cake from Freddy's and Gigi had strawberry shortcake too. A birthday after kicking cancers butt certainly calls for 2 desserts. We continue to pray for Jacksons health and that his scans and labs post AML will continue to show he is in remission.
