This sweet girl has absolutely captured our hearts. We didn’t know that a piece of us was missing until she slipped right in and changed everything. The biggest reason I wanted another dog was to help Zoey. Our sweet rescued collie/terrier is skittish to say the least. She’s kind but scared of her own shadow along with anything/anyone. Having a playmate has absolutely helped to bring Zoey out of her shell. She has started seeking us out for attention, which is such a great thing to see. And she and Piper became BFF’s is no time at all. Mitch was definitely not on board with us getting a new puppy, until he was. I still can’t believe he went and got her and surprised us at the airport.
For someone who was anti-new dog, he sure loves our sweet Lil’Pip. We took her to the vet on Friday morning for her spay, and we were lost without her Friday night. We couldn’t wait to see her on Saturday. She has recovered so nicely and was back to herself in no time. Thank goodness...she’s the best cuddler. Especially with her dad!
