El pasado 9 de octubre celebramos nuestra primera La Mocadora, una fiesta valenciana. ¡Este 9 de octubre fue recordada!
Mitch is home (temporarily…but we’ll take it) and of all the things he remembered, this makes me smile the most. Last year we celebrated #lamocadora and I teased him that I wanted a gift wrapped in a scarf every October 9th. It’s a Valencian tradition that every year men deliver a basket of fruits, vegetables and sweets wrapped in a scarf to their love. The women keep the scarves every year as a symbol of their love and devotion. Now I have two. He’s the best and I’m so glad he’s mine!
