If you’re going to celebrate your birthday in Spain there is no better way to do it than with friends! Ellen and her sister Amy arrived for a visit. Mitch took Friday off of work and we had lunch together in L’Eliana. On Saturday we took Ellen and Amy into L’Eliana. We had a late breakfast of cafe con leche and tostada for breakfast. We spent a few hours by the pool and Mitch had ordered a delicious red velvet cake. Saturday evening we had a dinner date and Sangria! I was happy to celebrate with family and friends.
