Rainbows over Riba-Roja

Today was a big day for Miss Hattie!!! Back in May she decides she wanted to play the cello. Moving to Spain presented some challenges but lucky for us, Leah and Kiersten were signed up for the Iale Music Conservatory. So we got Hattie signed up and TODAY she had her first cello lesson!!! Every Wednesday Hattie will go to Iale from 5-7pm for mini-orchestra and music theory, and on Thursdays she has her private lessons with her instructor Maite. She learned a few notes and had homework for mini-orchestra next week!

After getting Hattie to music I was up for Leahs late night swim duty. Kiersten and Hattie swim from 6:30-8, Leah swims from 8-10:15!!! As Leah and I were driving to swim we saw the most beautiful rainbow after a small storm. In some spots it was a double rainbow. We started at one end, near our home in Colinas de San Antonio and found the other end in RIBA-ROJA near the pool. It was beautiful and so bright in the sky!

While Leah was in the pool I decided to get moving, I did a few laps around the facility abs then headed into town a bit. The cities here have the most beautiful parks, they are so lush and great. They always have benches so you can sit and rest. This one was beautiful, even in the dark. Now I can’t wait to go back in the daylight. It was a good day!
